Exquisite Blood in Esper

I need some advice on whether or not I should put in Exquisite Blood . Check out my deck, Dream in Esper. Thanks all!

Maybe if you're going for the casual gotcha combo of Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond , but otherwise and if looking at strictly being a better deck then no. A 5 mana enchantment that has no immediate board impact, doesn't stabilize for you, doesn't trade with your opponents cards and only has an effect once your crashing in with one of your win-conditions is not a good card for a control deck.

The Riot Control would be good to replace for many similar reasons.
