Extended Turbofog

I am wondering if I should go Bant (GWU) or just Blue-White for an extended Turbofog deck I'm going to make. The real advantage for adding green is having access to Fog and Rites of Flourishing. Tanglesap would not make the cut. I would still be running most of the same things in both decks, it'll just be those two cards at 4 Fog and probably around 3 Rites of Flourishing.

Can anyone give me advice and back it up with evidence or examples? Thanks in advance!
