finding weak cards

Im trying to look at all my deck and locate weak cards, or cards that don't synergize well. But for some reason, im having issues locating them. I know some issues im running into with some decks, IE with Leading the legion , my lack of 1-2 drop creatures makes my aggro slow, and my lack of mana rocks and dual lands makes it hard to get things out faster. Zur, the Enchanter Needs to be streamlined. If any seasoned players would share some more knowledge, i would be greatly appreciated

I would suggest looking at similar decks and getting ideas from them, seeing what they are doing differently, etc.
Another thing I do is playtest, playtest, playtest; sometimes, when I think I have a really useful card, it turns out to be much better in theory than in practice.

i do, but i've looked at a few and well their play style is differet, but yeah i can look at other decks
