Fine-tuning Kaervek EDH

I'm trying to build a Kaervek the Merciless EDH deck and I'm currently sitting at 107 cards. Some help with cutting the extra cards and/or subbing current cards for better ones would be much appreciated.

The main goal of the deck is to slowly bleed my opponents to death. I've tried to focus on "each opponent" effects instead of "target opponent" in order to maximize impact. However, if the effect only affects a single opponent, I tried to make sure it would trigger constantly instead of just during my upkeep or something.
