Fireblast help

I'm making a modern red pauper deck, but don't know the rules about sets like "Jace vs Chandra". Fireblast is an original card from Visions and have been reprinted on Jace vs Chandra. Could I use it legally for a modern format?

Nope.

Only if it has been reprinted in a booster pack since 8th Edition / Mirrodin can you use it. If in doubt check the gatherer.
