First attempt at "control"

Hello there, thank you for clicking on this. I'm still fairly new to MTG and up to this point I have only played aggro decks. That being said, I am trying to branch off and try out control. At least that is what I intended with my recent attempt at deck building. If you have some time, please, check out my Attempt at Merfolk. Thank you for the help! :)
