HELLO !!!!
I'm a new MTG player, I used to be a good Yu-Gi-Oh player but got tired of it and decided to try Magic. My experience so far has been great to say the least, I won the Magic Celebration tournament (My first Magic tournament ever) and didn't do too well at this weekend tournament (First time ever playing a sealed tournament). I got some good cards and have a couple of friend that are willing to help me build my first Deck, so I went out, looked some cards and builded this deck.
Creatures (20)
2x Anax and Cymede
4x Fabled Hero
4x Favored Hoplite
2x Fiendslayer Paladin
4x Phalanx Leader
2x Precinct Captain
2x Young Pyromancer
Instant (18)
4x Celestial Flare
2x Shock
4x Titan's Strength
2x Gods Willing
2x Lightning Strike
4x Martial Glory
Enchantment (2)
2x Spear Of Heliod
Lands (20)
5x Mountain
11x Plains
4x Sacred Foundry
I have been considering:
2x Dauntless Onslaught
2x Imposing Sovereign
2x Skyknight Legionnaire
Thanks for any response =)

That being said, welcome! Hope you enjoy your journey through the magical planes of the multiverse and all that what not.
First thing: Always test! Testing should supercede all advice, such as that contained below. I haven't personally tested these changes, but you should!
I would put another Anax and Cymede , making 3 in total. The thought being that if they don't kill it, you're winning anyways. It's one of the best creatures in your deck, and although you don't want an extra trapped in your hand, you want to have it out often.
1 drops! Favored Hoplite is not really that good, although worth considering. Instead, try Boros Elite and/or Soldier of the Pantheon (the latter will be in high demand due to its rarity and popularity, however). Additionally, you'll want to get your hands on Chained to the Rocks if you possibly can. You might also look at Dryad Militant .
Celestial Flare is not the best choice of removal for a number of reasons, but there aren't too many great alternatives either. Shock is okay, maybe Magma Jet . I dunno, hard to say at this point, not knowing what the main other decks are like.
You know what would be great for triggering Heroic? Dauntless Onslaught . Coordinated Assault might be good too.
I don't think Skyknight Legionnaire is good enough to make the cut, especially since you have a lot of 3-drops already. Fiendslayer Paladin might also need to be moved to the sideboard.
I do, however, think that this deck is coming along quite well already. It has many strengths and will perform far above most beginner decks. I would not be ashamed to carry this to FNM. Good luck and happy deckbuilding!

http404error Thanks for your feedback !!!
Before getting my cards Im gonna do some testing by printing the cards and use them as proxies while I play with my friends.
Your feedback was really helpful but there are some things that I have to consider. Since I'm new, as you said, is gonna be hard to get my hands on a couple of Soldier of the Pantheon or Chained to the Rocks . I may take all 4 celestial Flares off my main deck and use 4x Shock and 2x Lightning Strike or the other way around. Can consider Magma Jet But I Don't know how hard it could be to get a couple copies.
I notice that my deck dies to Anger of the Gods so I need a couple of Boros Charm .
I also have been considering Legion's Initiative and Gift of Immortality but to be honest I have no Idea how good could they be.
I really appreciate your response and I hope to trade my Thoughtseize and my Scavenging Ooze for the hole deck =)
This is a modified version of it White/Red Heroic

Yeah, even aggressive decks use a lot of rares nowadays. The deck doesn't necessarily need to be full of expensive cards to be good, either. I'll take another look at the core set and some better non-rare cards to be able to help you out more adequately.
Boros Charm is a great card I managed to overlook. Legion's Initiative might be a bit more reliable in supporting the team, but it lacks the flexibility of the charm.
I'll go into it more on the deck page itself.

What would be really cool is if you used the deck builder (upper left) to list the deck and linked to it here. Check out the Comment Tutorial below the comment box. It should come out something like this: DoubleShoot's Boroic
