First Dimir Deck - HELP!

Help! My First Dirmir Mill Deck

This is my first attempt at a mill deck. I typically play white based aggro style decks, so this is way out of my comfort zone. I know the deck is running heavy right now and I want to bring it down to 60 cards but need help with editing at this point.

It has several defenders, which I created with the intent of utilizing the ability on Doorkeeper which mills cards based on the number of defender cards. The defenders also assist in keeping me alive without having to spend mana on attacking creatures. The other creatures I have are performing a mill function.

Any advice would be much appreciated as I am in uncharted territory here.
