First Std tournament tomorrow, help pls!!

Hi all! My first tournament in 15 years is tomorrow! I can't wait. Here's what I'm fielding: deck:exalted-apoptosis-please-comment. Please let me know what you think. There are two small areas I can't decide on: whether to especially when it comes to my sideboard choices and when to swap. Thanks for taking a look!

P.S. If anyone here is in the Rochester NY area, let me know!!!
