First time artifact deck

I play MTGO classic so I need a good one. Playing classic you have to at least have a decent deck because many players play really good decks since most cards are legal. I am not a great deck builder as I am a casual player and do not spend much time keeping up with all the latest rules and what not. So I am going to do something that is unlike me. I am going to make an artifact deck, all artifact deck if possible. A card just peeked my intrest that I want to build a deck around, Tetravus . Of course I am going to throw in all the locus land and Candelabra of Tawnos but I need some other cards that will compliment the direction I am trying to take. Please provide some assistance, thanks guys.
Candelabra of Tawnos runs about $5.60 online. Might can get it around $4.50 if you find the right bot to buy from. Anyone have any suggestions or help for my deck?

do you have to pay for the cards on mtgo? because if you do candelabras are like 400 bucks
