Fling vs. Essence Harvest vs. Dying Wish

Hey guys,So I'm running a grixis mill deck and I was thinking about a win condition where I have a huge Consuming Aberration and then I cast either Fling , Essence Harvest , or Dying Wish on it but I'm not sure which would be the best to use. Thanks for the help guy!

I would go with Fling, because you sacrifice your creature as part of the cost. With Essence Harvest or Dying Wish, if your opponent kills the Aberration in response, then you're out of luck.
