Thoughts on how to get the flip consistently? I'd think all the proliferate would do the trick, but how do I protect my newly hatched abomination besides CancelMTG Card: Cancel? I'd like to run Mana LeakMTG Card: Mana Leak, but it seems to crowd the deck and what I'm trying to do with it.

This started out as a Burning VengeanceMTG Card: Burning Vengeance deck, so the maybeboard cards are still geared in that direction.

Also, is the Perilous MyrMTG Card: Perilous Myr/Infernal PlungeMTG Card: Infernal Plunge/Priest of UrabraskMTG Card: Priest of Urabrask combo too convoluted or slow for what I'm attempting? Would Cackling CounterpartMTG Card: Cackling Counterpart with ReverberateMTG Card: Reverberate, Increasing VengeanceMTG Card: Increasing Vengeance, and Chandra, the FirebrandMTG Card: Chandra, the Firebrand's -2 be enough to just COPY the flipped Test Subject and create a bunch of 13/13 tramplers before my opponent can catch up?

If you copy a flipped creature you only copy the base card- so you'll just be laying a bunch of eggs with that combo.

i thought if u copy a card you copy the side that is up like with Phyrexian MetamorphMTG Card: Phyrexian Metamorph copying Ravager of the FellsMTG Card: Ravager of the Fells to have the flipped side permanently

you'd think so but it's actually always the base card:

"If you copy a flipped permanent, you get the normal, unflipped version. That copy may flip later if certain conditions are met."

A flip card is very different from a transform card. Flip cards function like .

If an effect would copy a double-faced card, it copies only the face that is currently up. Copies of DFCs cannot transform - only permanents represented by DFCs can transform. Therefore, you can effectively use is a very fragile creature. It requires a huge investment of mana and can be killed or otherwise dealt with relatively quickly and easily with any of the removal spells prevalent in the format.
