I have never played FNM or anything of the sort. Only played with friends so i was wondering if Not Dead would be an alright deck to try my hand at something like FNM.

Honestly, I've tried this.

It doesn't work in tournaments. At all.

It is countered so easily, and replies COMPLETELY on your graveyard.

What happens when I play Rakdos Charm, Tormod's Crypt, or Rest in Peace?

Rest in Peace alone is sideboarded in nearly every deck containing white (at least it should be).
