Hey, I have been working on my deck and I feel like the deck is finally done. Was wondering if anyone wanted to give any insight to my deck because I am always open for suggestions.

Very nice. I love seeing UW control.
Personally, I feel that your numbers may be a bit off. In my build, I am running 26 lands, and that seem to be the perfect number. I dont have issues with colors or running dry ever.
I also feel that you should probably be running something either to end the game quicker, or keep the game going longer. A lot of lists like yours are running Elixir of immortality to have the potential to play forever. Older builds are running more mainboarded threats like AEtherling to assure victory quicker.
If you're interested, here's my UW control deck. It's got all 3 win conditions in standard right now (Milling, 0 life beatdown, Opponent's concession), and works extremely well in just about ever circumstance. UW Millstone [2014 Edition]
Hopefully I can give you some ideas. But you do look solid right now if you don't want to change anything. I just feel that you could be more optimized.
