So when i saw Prime Speaker Zegana , I thought that if she were paired up with Deadeye Navigator you could evolve an immense amount of creatures forever. But i also noticed that the draw power also appeared to be a hindrance. So i thought, Hell, why not make a win-con out of it. So basically you have Laboratory Maniac out while you flicker Prime Speaker Zegana until you deck out. which shouldn't be too hard as you only need to flicker 3-4 times after it's come out.
I'm not certain that hand size will matter too much.
If your goal is to get rid of your own deck, it won't matter if the cards are in your hand, your graveyard, in play, or exiled.
If you have the mana to cast Deadeye Navigator , and flicker Prime Speaker Zegana ... then being able to choose the best 7 cards in your deck to have in your hand should be enough to control the board for the 1 turn it takes to get Laboratory Maniac in play at the beginning of your upkeep.
I would run card:Alchemist's Refuge over Reliquary Tower , as it lest you play the Maniac at the end of opponents turn, leaving less time for a it to be removed.

I'd say using Jace, Architect of Thought 's Ultimate would be perfect for this. Play omnipresence from your deck, then you can use all of your mana to Blink Prime Speaker Zegana , and play Laboratory Maniac for free when you get him.

cestdesconneries i think you mean Omniscience and or you can even use Psychic Spiral with all the cards you're discarding. and then proceed to flicker again if your opponent hasn't milled out yet :)

Thank you, you're right about Omniscience , haha. Too late to think properly here :P But yeah, that is very possible. Just remember you're most likely not going to be blinking more than maybe 5times a turn, if you're lucky. So maybe the Psychic Spiral approach would be better.. But remember; With the Evolve mechanic, if you have 1 creature with it, Prime Speaker Zegana just keeps coming back stronger, and stronger, and stronger, and stronger. Meaning more Mill/Draw/Win-Con

or just slap down a Craterhoof Behemoth late game and give all your super-evolved creatures trample. There are just too many win-cons going through my head at this moment xD i need to organize my thoughts and construct a deck. Any ideas on what to do early game?

Unless you have creatures with evolve on the board, then i dont see how your evolving anything other than Prime Speaker Zegana . Her ability places counters on her as she enters the battlefield, when you flicker her they are removed when she leaves and new ones placed on when she re-enters. As for the draw power of this card, i like your idea. In fact i like it so much, that im going to add it in my Card Draw Wins deck.

well, i'm thinking of having certain evolve creatures for early game while i ramp

which approach should i go early game? I'm thinking either the 'elvish ramp' with a playset of Arbor Elf s, Elvish Archdruid s, Elvish Visionary s and Gyre Sage s for massive ramp at the sacrifice of early game presence.
or the conventional 'simic tradition' with Cloudfin Raptor , Elusive Krasis , Rapid Hybridization , Gyre Sage , Strangleroot Geist , Zameck Guildmage and everything else of the sort for a normal early game

This would have to be paired with something that gives you no maximum hand size so you don't toss the pieces of the puzzle into the graveyard. So 4x Reliquary Tower is a must, and maybe a Tamiyo, the Moon Sage or two as well.
