Ghave EDH Deck Help

I'm really new to EDH - and my knowledge of cards is pretty limited only have starting playing since RTR.

Would appreciate some input from experienced EDH players on my deck A Token Gesture.

Specifics:

Should I be running more basic lands? Rather than lots of dual lands? (I don't have fetch's).

If I do - should I run Karametra, God of Harvests and Knight of the Reliquary ?

Any suggestions for things to put in, I'd be grateful with a suggestion of what it should replace too.

I often see the value in great suggestions from tappedout's community but really never know what to take out to make way for it.
