Give me some ideas for an FNM deck

I don't have money to spend on a deck now, but I'd like to have something halfway decent I can take to FNM. I do happen to have one of the new Jaces, a couple of Chandra the firebrands, a niv-mizzet, a few terminuses, and a bunch of random stuff. Ideas?

It's more of a question of your access to a good mana base than it is a question of decent other cards. As for the cards you mentioned any archetypes that they could go into all require quite a few expensive cards to make them good.
Your best bet might be to just look through your collection and find as many of the 1-2 drop b and/or red creatures you can find, throw in some kill/burn spells and run with that.

Rakdos is defintely the "cheapest" deck in standard at the moment, and it's getting more expensive as it takes down tournaments.
Demarge is right though, your deck is limited by your mana base, so you need to be able to shell out some money in order to guarantee that consistency.
As for the cards you mentioned, sounds like you have the makings of a pretty sweet U/W/R control deck, with Jace, Architect of Thought , Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius , Chandra, the Firebrand , and Terminus .
Of course, that would mean you need to get some more cards, but you could fill that with some card:Devil's Play's, counterspells, Augur of Bolas and burn, and you'll be pretty good to go.
