Going rogue for RTR?

Deck Help forum

I haven't yet seen a Naya deck in the works that capitalizes on the aggro/tempo token mechanics of Selesnya and Huntmaster of the Fells  Flip . This is my attempt at tempo Naya zoo for RTR Standard:

deck:the-city-zoo.

Since I haven't played Standard in a year, I'd love to get some feedback on what might or might not work. It doesn't take long to playtest, either. I'm going to be proxying it and testing it extensively, because this is the first time in a while I've been excited about building a new deck and I'd like to see another of my homebrew Type II decks be successful.

Naya Aggro in Standard. The trick is just all creatures and then 4x Bonfire of the Damned . Don't bother with all that populate stuff.

I disagree with that one completely. Your deck looks really solid so far, and just needs to be tweaked to stay consistent. Your curve is a little goofy, too. Skipping 3-drops completely.

I been in the making of naya zoo for awhile now. I havjt played in any major other then fnms but it is doing well. Look at my list. I run it with 24 creatures and it is surprisingly consistent with the mana. I would prefer the birds. And if they come out the pilgrims are gone.

I have been working on a list over the last few weeks and naya zoo seems well positions as outlr 3 color option aggro. Has some nut draws from time to time with silverblade and avacyn and smiter. But otherwise old fashion gw with red added to it for easy access to burn suits
