Going to GPT Phoenix

I'm going to the Grand Prix Trial Phoenix and don't know which deck to use! Here are the two lists:

Both decks have done good play testing and at tournaments but I don't know which is... Better.

Also I have lots of recourses so if neither deck is, promising, I can make something else from your suggestions.
