Would like to hear from Golgari players and non golgari players:
Which would you rather have in a deck - Deadbridge Goliath or Desecration Demon , I'm struggling to decide, it may seem some what of a stupid question, because on the face of it the demon looks stronger.
I see it's benefits, and opponents needing to sac something to tap it and then it gets stronger. But I've had games where it's continually tapped down. This is maybe where the goliath has an edge, your opponents have no control over it.
So what do people prefer to play and why??
Also non golgari guilders - which would you prefer not to have to go up against??
If it helps this is the deck I am using where I cant decide between the two No respect for the dead!.

I would run the Demons, since it's more effective against anything else than swarm strategies.

The demon, if you run Varolz, the Scar-Striped he can scavenge 6 +1+1 counters for 4 mana.

Tough call. I'd say to main Desecration Demon until you know you're dueling a deck that has creatures to spare for a quick side out.
That said, if you'd rather not have a sideboard, I would main a pair of Deadbridge Goliath and cut a Slitherhead for another Rancor , but that's just me.
