Hey.

So I have this red/white/green giant deck. As is the problem with giant decks, I'm getting mana screwed a lot. Any good card suggestions? Sorceries and the like are the most helpful, btw.

Moved to Deck Help.

It would help if you actually posted the decklist.

rockymeg add it the tappedout site using this link It'll break it down nicely for you and us. That's hard to read and understand what's going on. When you fill in the description, give us info on some of the interactions, specifically the hard to see/find ones that you have going on. Then link it in this thread using [ deck: name ] (without the spaces)

gufymike Here's the link to the deck: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/giants-badgers-and-trolls/. Obviously, the giant tribals work best with giants, and using auras on Uril, the Miststalker's a good idea. I'm not proud admitting this, but due to it's brutish nature the deck lacks any real combos. Even so, the two main focuses of the deck are buffing (with the auras) and a focus on creature's abilities.

Standard* rockymeg Playtest

I'm assuming it's this one. Also, assuming casual play. While it's marked standard, a lot of the cards listed are not standard legal and a few not even modern legal.

Ok, besides the obvious (for a lot of us), the fetches like Arid Mesa , Windswept Heath , Wooded Foothills . you can add Nature's Lore , Cultivate , Farseek to the deck to get the mana you need/want. Also consider shocklands, such as Stomping Ground , Sacred Foundry and Temple Garden . The land suggestion here are expensive, so no worries if out of budget, the spells I listed are relatively inexpensive and commons.

Really consider the shocklands, because they are ale to be found with the fetches or the ramp spells listed above (except Cultivate ) and will help you get the colors you need when you need them and sometimes before.

Yeah I have a few like Ancient Amphitheater, but I will definitely add some listed above. I'm new to power decks, so thanks for the help. Could you specify any sorceries/instants/enchantments? Like is there a green or white equivalent to Seething Song?

Not in white that I can think of, But green is a ramp color (get mana faat), Manamorphose exists, but what you're going to find is that ability tied to creatures like Elvish Mystic , Burning-Tree Emissary , Birds of Paradise or Sylvan Caryatid and other stuff. The 'tutors' for land are green specific, in addition to the spells listed above, you have Mulch , Sylvan Scrying , Scapeshift also. Some creatures tutor for lands like Dawntreader Elk and Borderland Ranger .

When I said to post the decklist, I meant for you to link us to the deck on the site.
