Grand Prix Deck Ideas?

So, there's a grand prix in Richmond in March. I live about an hour away and I'm strongly considering going to try my exalted deck out. Any suggestions? What could I see? Also, is there another deck I could make on a budget?
Sorry, it is Modern. I meant to say that in the description. I'm aware of the top tier decks, however. I'm mostly going for the experience, but who doesn't like to win? Could you link a Bant midrange deck so I could get some ideas?

LeaPlath sent me here a while back, and it really helped give me not only an idea of what I wanted but information about decklists and finishes of the tier 1 decks in different events.

Heh, I'll also probably be at GP Richmond. Though not sure if I'll be running Bogle, Affinity or UR Delver that day.

Infect exalted is decent in modern. I play to win, and have lost to that deck. Infect can win as early as turn 2. Most of the time they win turn 3-5.

Thanks a bunch, guys. I hope to see you all there as well. I really like exalted and infect is always fun. My favorite color to play is black and my current exalted is black/white. Anything I should add to it to make it quicker? Such as creatures?

Modern as a format is much more competitive than an exalted deck would be. People will be playing the good decks. Jund, Junk, Tron, Splinter Twin, Affinity, Birthing Pod, Scapeshift, UWR control etc.
If you are going for the experience, more power to you. To play to win, you will want to build a proper deck and get in lots and lots and lots of testing. Even a brew you will need to test like crazy.
Exalted decks aren't very good in modern cause you will just get blown out a lot by any form of removal on your attacker, or the creatures you have to play are substandard. However, a deck like Bant midrange with nobles as accelerators could work.
