For my modern deck A Gentlemens Deck what would be better Dryad Militant or Rest in Peace ?

Rest does it in one fell swoop. There is also Tormod's Crypt

I think between the two you are concidering I woul choose Rest in Peace. It does it right away. Dryad militant, unless played in the first few turns, is not worth it. it would be dead weight that would be easily removed.
