Im looking to build a Green white control Casual deck to counter my friends red black Vampires deck. he likes to get +1/+1 counters out on his Rakish Heir, then he will use other vampires to help get more +1 counters and so on. right now my deck isnt complete, but here is what i have so far.

4xTowering Indrik 4xCommencement of Festivities
4xImpeccable Timing 2xArrest 2xcard:Takedown 2xFragmentize 1xSandblast 1xKeening Apparition 1xConsulate Skygate 1xShredding Winds 1xAerial Predation11xForest 11xPlains

im not sure what else to add to this deck as of now because i dont know what a good win condition would be. any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Would Mono White Angels work?

Lignify, Beast Within, Leaf Arrow, Fog and Holy Day can replace your festivities.

Swords to Plowshares, Path to Exile, Ghostly Prison, Solemnity, Pacifism replaces arrest if you're looking for a similar effect.

you need some kind of card draw engine. Also a win condition. Control always has three elements: Interaction (like the removal you have) card draw and a win condition.

Maybe Akroma, Angel of Wrath as a win condition?

Green isn't a good control option your best bets are blue black and white

I also dont think you should play green. The color in general isnt a good control color.

You could play mono white that should be decent and makes your mana more consistent.

You should play spot removal like Path to Exile or Swords to Plowshares.

Boardclears like Wrath of God or Day of Judgment.

Thraben Inspector and Wall of Omens give you early blockers and card advantage.

Flickerwisp is a decent threat, can give you extra value from your Inspectors or Walls or can remove the counters from your opponents creatures.

Ghostly Prison and Solemnity can mess with your opponents plan.

Finishers could be Akroma but I think shes a little to slow. So id prefer something like Gideon, Ally of Zendikar.

Blue white will give creature control, board wipes, draw and counterspells. That might be a better option. Or black white. Or even blue green or black green.

if it had to be green, you ought to splash black, and play Spore Frog and some kind of recursion, like Tortured Existence. Big vampires, small vampires, they're all very cute and not dangerous.
