Green/Blue Ramp deck help

Well, I recently played this deck at my local Friday Magic Tournament. I got 2 - 2, the two losses when against tokens. I noticed when I playing this deck, I was having trouble getting lands and smaller creatures to ramp. How can I improve this deck?
