grimgrin edh - needs help

there are several win conditions already into the deck, and overall it functions quite well. Need help getting it more competitive. At my local shop, it has not had too much trouble, either I sit there quietly and wait for combo pieces to come into hand, or keep dropping zombies and beating people down. I think to make it more competitive, I will need a way to get combo in hand faster. Any other win conditions that I can add to this? wanting to keep it zombie tribal.
Vela the Night-Clad could fit nicely in this deck. another win condition with the grimgrin combo. I have diabolic, rooftop, and gravecrawler already in the deck

lol my bad. Didn't see it. Well, you prolly want Sol Ring . Always a great card to most edh decks. Early game mana acceleration is great. I mean, if you just want your pieces faster, just run some more tutors and card draw. The list looks solid to me. Brainstorm , Parallel Thoughts , and such. Not sure about the infect guys.. If you want infect, just run Skithryx. Otherwise, the guys you have aren't really helping. They'll sit in your hand and you'll think, "Do I really want to be the guy that goes for a weak infect kill?" Your deck wants to combo faster, so try to cut down on the guys that don't really help that. I have a similar deck, Karador pod that goes for a weird win with Kokusho, Pentavus, Doubling Season, Cauldron of Souls, Ashnod's Altar, and Clock of Omens, otherwise it beats down. I removed any potential instants/sorceries and went for Primal Surge. I also have Revelations, just to get combo pieces and whatnot faster. the deck is called Podding to a Better Future if you want to take a look. Just go through every card and say, "Does this help me win the way I want?" or "Is there something cooler I can use in place of this?" The deck looks really fun. I deff would love to build something like it.

yup, the infect guys are there because they are both zombies and a few swings from them ends the game. Nim Deathmantle , Mikaeus, the Unhallowed , Diregraf Captain , Death Baron all pump my creatures, which if everything is on the board, Toxic Nim swings for lethal. they also help my other zombie related cards like Unbreathing Horde , Call to the Grave , Endless Ranks of the Dead . skittles is great, I already run him in my mimeo deck (will post list later), I might add him here, not sure.

Skittles is practically the win condition in Mimeoplasm, guy in my meta ran it for a short time. I guess alt win cons are always good. I would just go through your deck and try to see if you can make cuts

Diabolic Revelation is always good. Rooftop Storm and Gravecrawler should be obvious.. I'm actually making a Grimgrin deck at the moment, I got a foil Death Baron from one of those foil Alara packs at my LGS. Vela the Night-Clad should be cool for the deck, even if she's not a zombie.
