if you guys could help me with tweaking and fixing my grixis deck. It doesn't play very consistently, but when it plays smoothly I rarely lose. On my profile you will find the deck list. Any and all advice would be appreciated! Thank you

i had considered Forbidden Alchemy , and ran Think Twice , but i currently do not own a playset of Snapcaster Mage which means my graveyard isnt as alive as it could be. i replaced Think Twice with Quicken , but i'm not sure how i like the change

Have you tried running both Think Twice and Quicken ? A friend of mine who plays Grixis control runs a mix of Desperate Ravings and Think Twice , not sure if that works for you but I reckon it's worth a shot.
Good luck. :)

I generally find draw spells and filter spells to help a lot in terms of making a deck more consistent. My personal recommendation would be a mix of Forbidden Alchemy and Think Twice . They work especially well alongside Snapcaster Mage .
Other spells that you might want to consider:
Thought Scour , Augur of Bolas , Dimir Charm , Thoughtflare , Desperate Ravings and Faithless Looting .
