Grixis EDH- Suggestions

I kinda wanna make a control magic/spellstealing EDH deck, but my knowledge of MTG cards goes s far as Innistrad. Also, I don't know what commander I should get.
The flavour of the deck is stealing other people's creatures, redirecting enemy damage and spells to my liking (like stealing someone's 35/35 horror token and Fling it at someone else), drawing cards with Nin, the Pain Artist and Staff of Nin, copying and stealing things with Control Magic, Olivia Voldaren, Stolen Identity and Nightveil Specter and sometimes Counterlash or Rewind
I'm especially looking at a card that says "xBBB control target creature with converted mana x or less" , "3BB you control target permanent", and "4B you may look at target player's hand, play target creature spell for free"
Right now, other than the cards I mentioned I have Geth, Lord of the Vault, Training Grounds and Temporal Adept, Izzet Staticaster, Diluvian Primordial, Spelltwine and some non-basic lands.
Mindleech Mass, Scion of Darkness, Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni, Silent-Blade Oni, Lord of the Void, Insurrection, Reins of Power, Gather Specimens, Guile, Spelljack, Desertion. Those are pretty much off the top of my head. :-) hope these get you off to a good start!

though I can imagine this card be very unpredictable, which might go against what I want to do.

Gather Specimens will be fun to play against token decks. (oh you have 14 saprolings enter the battlefield this you say?)
those 7 mana creatures are both cards that look awesome, but no evasion =(
. insurrection will definitely be in my deck.

trample, ninjitsu and flying aren't evasion??? lol and besides if you are playing grixis control and take control, why would you need evasion?! they will have nothing in play! ;-)

if you need flying evasion add Wonder and Buried Alive and you are golden

Perchance Curse of Echoes? Not the best card out there, but spell copying shenanigans abound.
