Guttersnipe or Talrand, Sky SUmmoner?

I have an Izzet deck I've been working on and got just about everything I am mulling over the idea of either 2x Guttersnipe or 2x Talrand, Sky Summoner . Would like some advice on which might work out better.
On a side note I have been using Guttersnipe up till I got a couple of Talrand, Sky Summoner recently.

If you want to throw in talrand design more flashbacks and such.Also the enchanment that revolves around flashback i cant remember the name but it is red and whenever a spell is cast from the grave causes 2 damage from the innistrad block if i remember correctly if not go with your guttersnipe

@Draconos89 thanks for your advice. I don't really have room to add 4 cards to the deck other wise I would run both the Snipe and Talrand so I will probably stick with the Snipe atleast until I can test the deck out with Talrand in its place. Again thanks for the friendly advice

No problem my friend has a Izzet deck that runs the talrand flashback combination ive beaten it only once,ill be glad to help you if you chose to switch to the Talrand way but it willbe spendy because of snap casters

Well for evertim you cast a instance or sorcery you get a drake from talrand, same goes for flashbacks so you have a potential to get 2 drakes per card now with the enchantment i was talking about earlier for each one it does 2 damage to creature or player so cards like think twice desperate ravings i think is another you draw get drakes and do damage. which also leads to mizzum mortars and anyother red board wipe you want then snapcaster comes into play oh hey look board wipes again drakes and damage to other player its really hard to ccounter

The card that Draconos89 was thinking of was Burning Vengeance . Personally I would run Guttersnipe over Talrand, Sky Summoner just because you can burn though much quicker and he stacks, unlike Talrand who is stuck with the Legend Rule, but by all means test with both option first. If you combine the enchantment with the SNipe you'll do 4 damage per spell, even more with multiple snipes. I run the Snipe in my Time and Relative Dimension in Space deck for that reason alone.
Sidenote the only good/annoying as hell combo around Talrand I've seen was in DotP when he had his card out and Panoptic Mirror imprinted with Talrand's Invocation Pure evil there

also drop Illusionist Bracers(cant use brakets on my phone) for talrand makes it more fun and ty DukeNicky
