Current SB:
2x Blind Obedience
2x Brave the Elements
3x Celestial Flare
2x Mistcutter Hydra
1x Pithing Needle
2x Revoke Existence
1x Soul Tithe
2x Spirit of the Labyrinth
So what I'm considering...
Rootborn Defenses vs Brave the Elements . Brave was originally added as protection but is far more useful for making my creatures unblockable. I originally picked Brave over Rootborn because the odds of 1 free mana in a time of need are greater than having 3 free. However Rootborn Defenses protects me from the things I actually want protection from. Anger of the Gods and Supreme Verdict
Next is Spear of Heliod the +1/+1 across the board can make a huge difference and reoccuring removal is always a plus. Just not sure in what matches it would actually help me out.
Fiendslayer Paladin just not sure what to take out for him. Most likely as a 2 of.
Here's my list as it stands now: GW Aggro V3. I did have Rootborn Defenses in the side, but I never really brought it in. Of course if you're running the Brimaz, King of Oreskos version then I would run them. Your mileage may vary.

Spirit of the Labyrinth makes me wish that there was a standard legal Spellskite
It shuts down Sphinx's Revelation Divination Azorius Charm Ephara, God of the Polis Read the Bones Underworld Connections . Or at least forces the opponent to waste an answer which they may not find since it limits their draw power.
I saw Glare of Heresy in a lot of SBs but am not sure what it is intended to answer.
At a point in time I had both Unflinching Courage and Ajani, Caller of the Pride on my SB but dropped both because I had MB Selesnya Charm which while not as good does have the pump aspect they offer except it also has other functions.
My Meta is some of everything. Whatever the next big deck is of the week it will guaranteed make multiple appearances as well as a huge variety of other archtype.

I run Unflinching Courage and Selesnya Charm . They are both good enough to have four-of in that deck.
Glare of Heresy is a great answer for Boros Reckoner and Chained to the Rocks in RW, Detention Sphere and Elspeth, Sun's Champion in control, Obzedat, Ghost Council in BW midrange, and every other white creature.
Spirit of the Labyrinth could be a threat to control, but you'll be missing out on playing another good two-drop, and control is going to board Annul for it.

Okay, I have Revoke Existence for Chained to the Rocks and Detention Sphere + Celestial Flare for Blood Baron of Vizkopa and the other creatures that would be Glare of Heresy targets, so I think that just comes down to personal preference. For Elspeth, Sun's Champion I have Soul Tithe which I'm quite impressed with how well it works.
As far vs control yes but u could argue that A) they could also board Annul for Unflinching Courage but being that Unflinching Courage is an attached enchantment it's asking to be 2 for 1'd all day and they already have their answer for it MB. While neither card is Mistcutter Hydra , Spirit of the Labyrinth would have a larger effect. If it sticks. Also being that Unflinching Courage is an attached enchantment it's asking to be 2 for 1'd all day. That being said, I own some and will give it another shot with some MB play tests.

After a week or so of extensive play testing against just about every deck in my house I've come to the same conclusion as I had before about Unflinching Courage and Ajani, Caller of the Pride . When they're good, they're real good. Trouble is that they aren't always good. Both require another card to be on the board to be of any value, which leaves me thinking to myself I much rather just have another card.
Thinking about adding some Druid's Deliverance to my SB vs RDW? Anybody have any experience with this?

I don't know how relevant Spirit of the Labyrinth is. I wouldn't use it, but it depends what kind of decks you play locally. Skylasher is another good creature. Glare of Heresy and Gods Willing can be really useful. Ratchet Bomb and/or Pithing Needle too.
I play GW too, and have the same dilemma. It all depends on your local meta. I always board in Ratchet Bomb against MBD, and Glare of Heresy against BW Midrange.
Unflinching Courage is one of the best GW cards out there, and I'd suggest making room for it in main. You could go down to 23 lands easy.
