what would be the most effective way to create a deck based on hamletback Goliath?

One that used Low cost, High powered creatures to buff and swing with Hamletback Goliath .

For Casual

You could splash green to ramp into him and throw down Elementals, (They tend to have the Highest Power to mana-cost ratio) goblins, dragons, beasts, or Other giants

If your looking for standard, He probably would best be played in a Jund, Undying/Pod. seeing as undying things hit the battlefield twice.

I'm just spitballing though.

You are gonna want a way give him trample. I have seen Hamletback get stopped cold several times by Fog Bank or a regenerator.

alright then thanks guys, that Fungal Sprouting idea was good and perhaps Rancor would do the trick for trample

Just happened across your post today, came up with this: deck:hamletback-goliath. Maybe it's what you wanted, maybe it isn't; either way, it's a thought.
