Has anybody ever made a deck based around Madness?

I know it was a popular mechanic in it's time, but I'm not sure how to go about making a deck around it. Somebody shoot me some ideas.
Wild Mongrel was a solid outlet for madness in its day. I used to run it along with Masticore and Basking Rootwalla together in a GW extended build.

I have Obsessive Search in my Spellbound Leviathon deck. Using the madness to instead draw a card when forced to discard something I can't later reanimate.

its great to team madness up with hellbent. Reckless Wurm and Gathan Raiders was my favorite combo back in the day.

Nice. Fiery Temper and Circular Logic are some more of my favorites from back in the day. I still run the latter in a janky old Zombie Infestation /Opposition deck that I never dismantled.

Maybe include cards that make you discard while still allowing some sort of benefit to allow you to discard the madness cards and play them for madness cost. Like Careful Study , Faithless Looting , Frantic Search , Thirst for Knowledge , etc.
