Heartless mentor

I am looking for advice on a deck I've been working on.Heartless mentorMy main concern is that it lacks a bit of consistency without its main engine going (Mentor of the meek and heartless summoning). If it gets online, it is a very strong deck, but the problem is tuning it to get there.
I've figured it out. I've added sun titan and elesh norn to my deck. They both serve as win conditions in their own right, while helping my swarms of little guys if my mentor survives. These guys as my plan B really helps the decks consistancy. I've gotten it to the point of beating tempered steel reasonably consistently (50-50 preboard), and now I am trying to think of other decks that are going to be good post rotation.

I play Heartless myself and have the best luck with using a combination of Phantasmal Image and Phyrexian Metamorph to get multiple Mentors at any given time. ponder also does wonders for setting up the early game Heartless Summoning and Mentors.
