Help a newbie out?

Hey there,I have just recently got into Magic so I do not have many cards, but I did buy an intro deck and went to a card shop to beef it up a bit. This is the deck here: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/my-first-deck-38/Any suggestions or tips are basically what I am looking for. I feel like for just starting it is decent but I'm not even sure because of how new I am. I did have and idea of maybe going all white, so if you want to give suggestions about that then that's cool too.Thanks a bunch!
