Help a rookie improve his deck?

Hey everybody, I'm looking for some advice on how to improve my deck, [HELP!] Esper Spirits. I'm on a bit of a budget, so certain things are obviously out of bounds, but I'm sure there's some extra performance I can eke out of this, something to make it more competitive! I'm just a bit shortsighted when it comes to deckbuilding, and I'd very much appreciate any help I can get! Thanks in advance!
