help beating mono blue?

so my deck standard selesnya is having issues beating mono blue, can any one help me please?

Ummmm...Mistcutter Hydra . Against mono blue it should make your opponent scoop if you resolve it around turn 5

Also, Skylasher , would be the other obvious choice for me.
