Help building a deck around, Archangel of Thune

Backstory

So I came across this deck here (http://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/the-game/modern/deck-creation-modern/676702-angel-chord-archangel-spike-feeder-combo) and I really like the idea of it , so I thought of one with my own twist. The big twist I'd like to add is putting Sanguine Bond into the deck, So while my creatures are getting stronger with my heals I also do damage. I've always wanted a Sanguine Bond deck and I feel like I could make something special here

The Idea

So the idea is: Archangel of Thune + Spike Feeder still. But also add Corpsejack Menace or Doubling Season Maybe even both? So My creatures scale even harder. Firemane Angel For some guaranteed healing if you get it out. Finally my big "twist" Sanguine Bond As I said this will let me scale and do damage while scaling , I would also like this to act as another win condition , So maybe adding some healing cards so I can kill them just by healing.

The Deck so far

Likely cards?

Maybe cards

I picked some of these cards based off another deck I have, I feel like it could work here also. But possibly I have to many colors here. I havn't thought about spells and such yet really.

Conclusion

Id like you guys input on my idea Yay? Nay? and if you could help finish the deck or build a different version of it.

Is there a particular format you'd like this deck to be?

If it's EDH, this looks reasonably viable, although Saskia the Unyielding is the only commander who can accommodate all four colors you're looking at.

If it's a 60-card deck, four colors becomes a lot harder to maintain. I'd not bother with the Corpsejack Menace (which requires black) or the Firemane Angel (which requires red). Keeping it two color will be much more successful, unless you're looking to build a very expensive manabase.

Also, keep in mind you want a nice mana curve (not too many cards that cost the same amount of mana, and typically more cards that have lower costs than greater costs). Since Archangel of Thune and Sanguine Bond are bond 5-drops, that's going to create a lot of competition if you also add Doubling Season (also a very expensive card). Avacyn, Angel of Hope has a very high cost, and there isn't going to be too much you can do to help get her out early - most of the time, she'll sit in your hand not being very useful. If you add her, DEFINITELY add Quicksilver Amulet (not the more fragile Elvish Piper).

When I look at the cards you mention I think (as mentioned in the post before me) that all these cards together make for a very taxing manabase, because you need double green mana and double white mana AND double black mana... which will be difficult to get even with a tuned manabase.

I suggest maybe breaking your ideas into 2 decks. The first would be a White-Green combo deck around Spike Feeder and Archangel of Thune (a possible wincon could be Aetherflux Reservoir, it's colorless and allows you to shoot down your opponent once you get a high life total)

The other deck would be a lifedrain deck where you could use Archangel of Thune and Sanguine Bond together. The very first deck I ever built was a BW Lifedrain deck (but suuuuper budgetish), which you can find here ... maybe it will give you ideas for this type of deck.

If this is EDH, Id suggest cutting the fire angel and keeping it at 3 colors, GWB with Ghave, Guru of Spores. Even if its not EDH, Id still suggest this. The fire angel is really bad and there are better ways to get steady life gain.

With the Archangel of Thune + Spike Feeder combo, you really don't need anything else that isn't already in Abzan Collected Company.

I hope I don't come across as too negative, but trying to jam Corpsejack Menace and Sanguine Bond seems win-more when you already have other combos in the deck like Devoted Druid + Vizier of Remedies. Or Melira, Sylvok Outcast + sac outlet + Kitchen Finks/Murderous Redcap.

It's a lot easier to cast a Collected Company, then use those creatures to power Chord of Calling to assemble a combo.

Ah ok, good to hear! Here's what I'm talking about specifically if you haven't seen it already:

Thomas Holzinger's Vizier Company

There's 3 infinite combos:

Each of the cards does work on their own (compared to Corpsejack Menace, which needs something else to go with it), but then sometimes you go "Oops? I win!" when Collected Company flips the pieces over.

It's probably the type of deck you're looking for. When searching for more decklists (there's a lot of different ways to build it...I play a Bant version myself), it'll usually be under "Creature Toolbox," "CoCo," or "Abzan/Bant/Temur/4-color Company."
