help building burn deck

so i am a returning mtg player from back in shards of allara (mostly kitchen table) and i have recently got back into magic i saw the spoiler for Chandra's Phoenix and instantly wanted to build a mono red burn but i felt the burn in standard isn't as good as it could be so i added some control to let it all happen slowly

so i made this deck Controlled Burn to do mostly spells and counters and as far as i can tell it does very well early game but loses to harder control and also has problems simply getting a winning field down

soooo i tried making controlled bleed with the same deck idea just splashing black to mess with some control players and for some rakdos style burn

anyways back to my actual question would u/r be a better fit for Chandra's Phoenix if so what are some more possible win conditions that u/r can pull, or is r/u/b better even though it has a little less burn it does help me control more
