Help creating a deck wanted!

I'm playing multiplayer against:- A mono-white life-gain/ buff- Dimir Removal/Counter-spell/Mill (VERY annoying!)- Green-white Golem deck- Sliver deck

Any suggestions to as where to start? (in terms of what colors, cards and what-not)?
