Help for Deck Based Around Pain Seer?

After Pain Seer was spoiled, I made a deck based around inspiration:

It looked pretty good at first, especially after the new strictly better Infest , but I playtested it, and it is pretty bad. It is missing 1, 2, 3, and usually 4 drops even without an opponent. Anybody have advice? (This is my first control deck, as I usually make midrange/agro.)

I wouldn't run him in that type of deck at all. You have 6+ drops. I'd play him in a BWR humans shell curving out at 3 with about 20-22 lands.
