I have recently started playing competitive and would like some help with my deck, any help or criticism would be appreciated and is encouraged, especially help with the sideboard.

Thy can check the deck of many casters at mtgtop8.com. There ye can find what spells fit well against thine foes so that try may fall before your superior spellbook

While the dialect might be archaic, the advice posted above me is sound. You can also check places like StarCityGames.com for decklists or articles by pros.

Off the top of my head, I would completely get rid of the two Chronic Floodings you have mainboard, and put all 4 Detention Spheres in the main deck. Milling isn't really competitively viable at the moment, so I would scrap Mirko/Traumatize/etc for more control cards.

As has been said before me, milling isn't a viable strategy now that Nephalia Drownyard has rotated, so:

Lose all of the creatures except AEtherling ; they're very slow, clunky, and vulnerable to removal. Also cut your 5 sorceries and your Chronic Flooding s (they're all pretty bad).

Add in 4 Supreme Verdict s, and fill out your playsets of Detention Sphere and Sphinx's Revelation .

Bounce isn't as good as removal, so cut your Cyclonic Rift s and Dramatic Rescue s for Doom Blade s and Ultimate Price s.

Finally, cut your Jace, Memory Adept s for Elspeth, Sun's Champion , and your deck is looking pretty good.
