Help me help my LGS

My LGS has had great difficulty moving certain intro decks from various set drops, some going back over a year, and I'm trying to help them pitch the decks to reluctant buyers as "just a few cards away from great." The link to my first attempt is below, but the catch is that the only cards I can use are those in the deck or in the sideboard (though theoretically, basic lands are in). It may be best for them to just take the packs out (sell them individually) and sell the intro decks at a much lower price maybe in a form of goodie bags, maybe even set up a visitation event at a local college or highschool to get more new customers to the store, or maybe have an intro deck tournament.
