Help me improve my deck!

Welcome to McDemon's I've taken this deck to FNM these past 3 weeks and it did moderately well. First week I beat 2 Junk Aristocrat decks, 1 Simic evolve deck, but lost to Grixis vampires. Second week I beat 2 dimir mill decks, and completely destroyed Naya blitz. Lost to USA control. 3rd week I beat boros aggro and some jank deck. I lost to Selesnya tokens(didn't draw enough removal 2nd and 2rd games, and lost to naya. I'm bit of a new player so if anyone can provide some feedback It be most appreciated!
