Help me make a crazy Standard deck!

Hey everyone! I've been making tons of decks that consistently get top 8 finishes for the past year and it's been a while since I've done a super crazy fun deck for a tournament. The last time I did something silly for the fun of it was a Naya Angels deck with Sigarda, Host of Herons
, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight
, and Aurelia, the Warleader
and that fun build managed to go 3-2 when I tried it. I really want to try something crazy and off the wall for an upcoming FNM!
This is where I'm at right now:
How to Clone Your Dragons
It uses the powerful but underestimated Scourge of Valkas
and a multitude of clone effects (as well as other dragons) to abuse his ETB ability. In the worst case scenario, we can even cast our clones to copy their powerful creatures!
What I'm looking for from the T/O community is either some help on this crazy idea to refine it or to give me something better and crazier that you think can win an FNM. I only have one restriction: NO BLACK CARDS! I don't have any black dual lands so black is completely out of the question. Every color combination in WURG is fair game though!
What about a U/R version of that with with more cheap dragons and Dragonshift as well. Might be interesting to try.

Dragonshift is a really cool card but it begs to be built around tokens or dorks instead. Also, cheap dragons aren't my style; I go big or I go home with my wacky decks.

the only problem with scourge of valkas is the fact that it's mana cost has 3 red. I'd really think about adding in Chromatic Lantern
