Help me make my deck run smoother

I love my new deck, but it's my first venture into standard, and I've found it a tad restricting. I gave myself the extra challenge to stay exclusively in the RtR block so that none of the cards phase out for some time. The problem is that I can't get the deck to run consistently fast enough, although I'm getting starting hands that I like every time. After a run at FNM, I updated the deck. Everyone was really helpful last time, so perhaps a round 2.
