subjective.
everyone values cards different. some people value large crazy creatures that look intimidating when you slam them on the table.
some people value kill spells and counterspells that prevent people from playing their cards.
there is no right or wrong way to play, but if you want to be competitive then the rules change a little bit because then $$$ factors into the game on top of skill and luck.

You don't need to bump on TappedOut.
The questions you're asking are too vague to give a straight answer to. You're just asking "What's a good deck?" without giving us any information about what you like to play, the style you like to play, and the card-pool and budget you have to work with.

Tribal decks aren't particularly effective in Modern unless it's Merfolk, and really only because that deck is entirely Lords, Clones, and control.

i didnt wanted to say modern my fail, it suposed to be standart

In Standard, Humans and Zombies are the best tribal decks. You can do things like Vampires, Spirits, and Werewolves, but there are enough valuable aggressive cards in them to make them tier-1 material.

How about you go to the DeckBuilder section and browse the decks there(or even on the front page) to see if you can find some inspiration.

And really, the best thing that you can do to get into magic is to go to your LGS(Local Game Store) and participate in drafts and FNM tournaments(Friday Night Magic).
Some LGS charge for you to participate in FNM(for prize support), but not all do. Sometimes It's completely free(this means 0 risk!) if you play with your local community, you might not win all the time, but you'll become a better player.

Most of the best decks in Standard are really just a conglomerate of the best cards in Standard: Huntmaster of the Fells Flip, Garruk Relentless Flip, Snapcaster Mage, Thundermaw Hellkite, Falkenrath Aristocrat, Restoration Angel, Jace, Memory Adept, Ash Zealot, Thragtusk, Angel of Serenity, Unburial Rites, Sphinx's Revelation, etc.
In fact, I dare you to find a top-8 deck that doesn't have any of those in it.

Naya Humans doesn't run those cards, and it's seeing a lot of top 8. (though some variations do use Huntmaster of the Fells Flip)

There's also some pros working on B/W Zombies that don't have those.

Right now, Standard has one of the most diverse metas it has had for some time. I was glad to see the end of era of Delver decks... and with Gatecrash, I've noticed more diversity, and less over use of Thragtusk/Restoration Angel and Huntmaster of the Fells Flip.... etc.

Yeah. A ton of things are viable right now. As long as you have determination in building within certain colors and your mana-base is up-to-speed, then you should find some level of success.

@zandl, 2 months ago Garruk Relentless Flip and Jace, Memory Adept weren't even considered good, and Ash Zealot was less than $2
I think you're getting your causes and effects mixed up. those are percieved to be the best cards in standard because most decks today run them
And they are very good cards, but the meta can always change, and they can become less significant very fast.
March 21, 2013 3:56 p.m.
Garruk Relentless Flip was always used, and Ash Zealot was used in every Red-based aggro deck there was (while RDW was winning tournaments).
And Jace, Memory Adept was always at least in control's sideboard, if not main.
Not sure where you're pulling these figures and conjectures from, but they're far from correct.
Good cards = cards winning currently.

Personally i would look through cards and find one or two u like and build around that....asking what is good could be argued so.just find what u like.....me i love Carrion Feeder its old but still viable in my opinion

Why don't you give my deck a try. Its very cheap if the Isolated Chapel are replaced with guildgates or basic lands. blood is its own reward
