Help me win with a Modern home brew

Many Blood Moon s ago I played a deck that used Phantasmal Terrain and creatures with Landwalk to secure a win alongside disruption like Arcane Denial , Counterspell , and Force of Will . Years have passed and sadly those cards are lost...
However I have a new deck that pays tribute to the idea, and the 90's hip hop culture, that I could use some help refining. I am on the fence with running a playset of Spell Pierce . In the first few turns it's an awesome card, however quite useless late game in many circumstances. I'd like a hard counter like Dissipate .
