Help me with my first commander please!

Using Polukranos and plenty of bounce to reuse him and other creatures with ETB. Have ways to sacrifice him to reuse him as well. Also have ways to manipulate counters. I feel like it has too much going on and have too many cards.

If any of you vets could help it would be nice. My first EDH
