Help me with my mana base?

I cannot currently buy shock lands, but with only guildgates, basic lands, and Evolving Wilds
 how can i fix my manabase?

Farseek , Dawntreader Elk , Ranger's Path Seek the Horizon Avacyn's Pilgrim Arbor Elf will all help you get the mana fixing you need when you need it, in addition to Evolving Wilds .

keyrunes, cluestones, Prophetic Prism Chromatic Lantern also can be used.

Note: Ranger's Path and Arbor Elf only ramp unless you have shock-lands, at which point they fix mana.

Chromatic Lantern is probably your best bet. It's one of the best mana rocks ever printed, in terms of mana-fixing, and you can play it with any colors.

Chromatic Lantern is probably the best mana fixer in Standard if not other formats. But it is worth three or four slots in the deck that might not be worth it.
