Help me with my modified rally and rout event deck

Hi all, I recently acquired several strong cards that will improve my deck I am just unsure of what cards to add or remove in place of the cards I have. My deck is found here: Rally and Rout Modified. The cards I have available to add are as follows. 4x Precinct Captain 2x Frontline Medic 2x Champion of the Parish
2x Hellrider

I am just unsure of what cards to add or remove to maximize the deck, given what I have.
